The product is covered in an intelligent coating which has a self-repairing effect on cuts and scratches. This eliminates the inherent issue of imperfections causing loss in the ability to protect against corrosion while, in turn, extending the life of the cable management system. The Performa Zinc+ system achieves the highest level of corrosion resistance and is class 8 rated according to IEC 61537. Testament to this, Performa Zinc+ was subject to intensive testing, withstanding 2,000 hours in a salt-spray and remaining fully intact in comparison to standard products which deteriorated much earlier.
