Rather than information being gathered retrospectively across emails, paperwork and separate systems, site reports, risk assessments, test results and photographic evidence can be captured throughout the process in one place.
This can streamline the process by giving a team better visibility and, most importantly, helping to identify gaps in scope or potential issues while the engineer is still on site. Developing systems specific to an organisation can also help ensure that the technology reflects the way its teams actually work.
