Innovative security products supplier, ESP, has added a new ‘must-have’ product for installers of CCTV. The new TMpro test monitor resigns two-man walkie-talkie based camera installs to history. A single installer can now accurately set up any CCTV camera including those with on screen menus - such as ESP’s new Pro-range - with ease.
The TMpro connects to the camera during installation to display an impressive image on its relatively large 3.5” TFT full colour LCD screen, whilst powering the camera directly from its integral 12vDC 400ma output. TMpro provides a 5 hour constant working time from its rechargeable lithium cell allowing plenty of time to perfect aim, zoom and focus and it can be wrist mounted or hand held to the installer’s preference.
As the CCTV industry moves towards adopting CAT5e cable as a credible alternative, the manufacturer has also included a handy checker which will display the status of each of the cable’s 8 cores.
