Marking the company’s continued commitment to develop the next generation of cable management solutions, the continuous hot-dip galvanised (pre-galvanised) finish addresses the needs of the growing data centre market, presenting an alternative specification to electro-zinc plating.
A specialist product, prior to manufacture a zinc coating is added by repeated immersion in a liquid bath, producing a smooth grey finish and creating a plating thickness of minimum 12 microns, which offers protection against corrosion on cut surfaces due to the cathodic effect between zinc and steel.
