High performance plastic parts
Polymer specialist, igus UK, will be showcasing its new high performance tribo-polymer bearings, energy chains and cables at Advanced Engineering Show, on stand G101. Visitors to the stand will be able to see live demonstrations of its industry-leading maintenance-free products including new stock plates and e-spool cable management system. Visitors will also have the opportunity of meeting the polymer experts to learn how to optimise processes and reduce costs through innovative use of plastic components.
A main highlight on the stand is e-spool, a next generation compact cable management system that has been designed in response to customer demand for a solution that is more flexible than traditional cable drums. It enables users to
guide many different cable and hose types, for example power, BUS, data and even fibre optics, in one single compact system. Quick and easy to install, the innovative e-spool is robust, providing cables reliably in any direction for travel up to 14m. Users can now benefit from a system that provides reliable operation for a wide range of lifting and moving applications.
