Extended product range and distribution facilities
Tridonic Distribution has responded to the changing requirements of the lighting design and supply market and the corresponding needs of its customers with a significant extension in the range of products it is able to supply and the upgrading of its storage and distribution facilities and systems. The company is known throughout the UK as the main supplier of Tridonic's range of products to smaller and mid-sized OEMs and non-lighting manufacturers for whom lighting is just a component of their finished product.
The transition to LED, which in many installations delivers more and better quality light for less energy, has also brought an unexpected benefit for the storage and distribution side of the business as many of the components are significantly smaller than the traditional alternatives. This has enabled the company to extend the range of products that it is able to hold in stock, and with over 1,600 lines held fulfilling immediate delivery is highly achievable.
