City Electrical Factors announces new e-commerce website

City Electrical Factors, one of the UK’s largest electrical wholesalers has announced the launch of a brand new ecommerce website.

The website launch signals a new chapter in the company’s history; customers will now be able to browse through over 25,000 products, buy online and receive their order the next day.

Jeremy Saunders, General Manager at City Electrical Factors, said: “The website is packed full of new features and

our goal with it is to provide our customers with improved access to our extensive product range - all of which is now available at the touch of the button. We also wanted to be more flexible with our customers; above all we wanted to allow electrical contractors to connect with CEF whether they are in the office or out on site.”

The new website also gives customers the ability to check stock in their local branches, manage many aspects of their accounts online and take advantage of the new ‘click and collect’ service.

CEF has enjoyed unprecedented growth over the last 60 years and the launch of the new site is the next step needed to continue to drive the electrical wholesale industry forward and improve the customer experience.
