As part of a re-branding exercise, leading bed retailer Bensons for Beds has installed new illuminated signage across its entire estate, making extensive use of Tridonic TALEXXchain Crystal White P560 LED chain modules.
Tridonic liaised with signage specialist Sign Gear Systems in the design of the signage to ensure the new branding achieved maximum visual impact with minimum energy consumption. Both companies also worked closely with a number of signage contractors approved by Bensons for Bed’s parent company Steinhoff UK to achieve a fast-track roll out in just five weeks.
As well as reducing the energy consumption of its illuminated signage, Bensons for Beds will benefit from reduced maintenance costs as the TALEXXchain LEDs have a life of 80,000 hours, so that re-lamping schedules will be greatly extended. They are also ECA Compliant and have a 5½ year guarantee.
