New range of fibre optic products
Emitex has launched a new range of fibre optic products, and can now offer a full range of fibre options to its customers.
The fibre optic products on offer from Emitex includes standard equipment like patch panels, patch leads, media converters and bespoke multiple core fibre cables available as a cut length, or a pre-terminated length with any connector as required by the customer.
The products available through Emitex include OS1 Singlemode and OM1, OM2 and OM3 Multimode options.
They are available in multiple core counts from 4 Core to 24 Core, Loose Tube or Tight Buffered in an internal/external grade with the option of CST and SWA available.
The benefits of a fibre system over that of a traditional Cat5e and Cat6 system means that a lot more data can be transmitted faster due to the high bandwidth.
