Electrical Review — The Briefing

Registration for this Briefing is opening soon — check back closer to the event.

As buildings become more electrified, the hand over has become more complex. It’s no longer about simply having an electricity connection, but that connection is now handling EV charging, energy storage, building control systems and renewables. And while those systems may all be working at hand over, it doesn’t mean faults won’t emerge down the line.

This Briefing focuses on the post-handover grey zone: what should count as a commissioning failure, what should sit with O&M, what evidence an owner should demand before accepting responsibility, and how project teams can stop operational faults becoming contractual disputes.
