At the recent Powered On Live event, Tom Callow, Head of External Affairs, myenergi, explained why electric vehicles will be the gateway drug to energy independence.
During the session, Tom described how consumers are increasingly moving towards electric vehicles, but are not stopping their decarbonisation efforts there. He described how those switching to electric vehicles are also considering other technologies, such as solar panels and smart technology.
Tom expects this trend to continue and accelerate as the UK moves towards its goal of being net zero for 2050.
