Value innovation delivered
Carter Sullivan, a leading UPS and electrical specialist, has successfully entered a number of new markets with its impressive end-to-end project management service, designed to increase and maintain efficiencies throughout a project, adding significant value to an entire contract.
The UPS firm, which already boasts an enviable reputation for manufacturing and installing high quality products, approaches projects with the aim of identifying greater efficiencies and improving overall performance. During a recent project for Inviron, one of the UK’s leading technical facilities management companies, it was evidently Carter Sullivan’s tailored service and project management expertise that would realise the greatest benefits for the project.
The project involved the design and implementation of a new UPS system to be installed in a brand new location. Carter Sullivan managed the entire project from start to finish, which included the design of the power infrastructure, identification of appropriate UPS and management of all works. The company was also responsible for the manufacture of custom-built panels, which was completed in-house at its facility in Bedford.
