Right calibre for Cannon Place

The office fit-out of Cannon Place in London has included the installation of a Delmatic lighting management system which extends from the existing Delmatic system within shell and core areas of the building.

The award-winning development includes over 46,000 sq.m of offices, and the unique ‘inside-out’ design of the building with its exposed skeleton is an architectural response to its location directly above a major mainline station.

Delmatic initially provided lighting controls for shell and core areas throughout the building, including scene setting within the dramatic reception areas, as well as two office fit-out floors: this latest contract extends the system into the remaining office floors. Each floor comprises four potential tenant zones and demands considerable flexibility to meet the individual requirements of different tenants. The Delmatic system offers total flexibility with individual addressable control of each luminaire through Dali plug-in lighting control modules.
