Recolight, the specialist WEEE compliance scheme for the lighting industry, has announced a new Operations Manager.

Recolight, the specialist WEEE compliance scheme for the lighting industry, has announced a new Operations Manager.
Cindi Novell, an Operations Coordinator at Recolight since 2015, is set to replace Amel Gharbi as Operations and Compliance Manager. She brings significant experience to the role, having worked closely with Gharbi as part of her previous role.
Commenting on her appointment, Novell noted, “I am delighted to be joining Recolight at an exciting time, as we drive to Net Zero and a more sustainable, circular, and efficient service.”
Announcing the news, Recolight Chief Executive, Nigel Harvey, commented, “With Cindi’s wealth of experience working in the Operations Team, she was a natural choice for promotion. Cindi will play an integral role in further enhancing the efficiency and value of our WEEE collection service.”
