Powercor announces acquisition of Osborne & Collins

Powercor has confirmed the acquisition of Osborne & Collins, an electrical contracting business based in Surrey. 

Following the acquisition, Powercor has confirmed that it will create a new division dubbed ‘Powercor Maintenance’, which will trade under the Osborne & Collins brand. This new division should complement Powercor’s existing business, as well as Osborne & Collins customers. 

According to Powercor, as a certified system integrator of Signify and a leader in the installation of sustainable energy solutions and a specialist LED lighting, power infrastructure, smart metering and electrical compliance, the company will now be able to offer Osborne & Collins clients an extended range of cutting edge services.

Powercor’s Martin Brant has assumed the role of Operations Director, taking on responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the new entity.
