New from CP Electronics is the UNLCDHS, a compact infrared handset designed for simple operation, configuration and programming of the company’s products that have been designed for programming via IR and/or RF.
The UNLCDHS offers a USB connection that can be used for saving device settings and updating the handset’s software and allows a direct programming connection for specific product ranges. Macros built into the system can be used to create and save settings that can be recalled to programme devices, whilst a readback function allows the user to easily read the settings from a device. Programming is achieved by selecting the parameter to be programmed from the appropriate menu and then transmitting the setting to a device by pressing the 'send' button.
