Fourth acquisition this year

In June 2018, Boels Rental acquired the entire share capital of the Dutch company van Deuveren Traffic BV. 

With this acquisition Boels is able to further expand its specialist business units. Van Deuveren specialises in the field of road traffic equipment related to message boards, which are mostly solar-powered. 

Gert Van Deuveren, director of Van Deuveren Traffic said: “Our company traditionally provided services to the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management Over the years, we have expanded these services to signage for motorways and crowd management during events and festivals. With our team of 45 enthusiastic staff, we are now market leader in our sector and are ready for the next phase in our growth. Boels offers us this opportunity by enabling us to make use of their international network of more than 400 branches. We can now accelerate our growth ambitions.”
