Earth bonding system
The Glenair earth bonding system is a revolutionary method of creating an electrical bond between structures and equipment for the secure passage of high intensity current in case of electrical short circuit. This system requires no welding, impact or cleaning of surface material and may be installed
directly through the structure or into a blind hole. Earth bonds are installed using a lightweight hand hydraulic setting tool or if preferred a pneumatic tool. When installed the connection provides both low electrical resistance between bush and structure and high mechanical strength.
Where repeatable connections with low installed cost are required then this system provides all of these benefits and many more.
