ARQ Technologies announces KNX open days

KNX UK Association member ARQ Technologies of Burscough, Lancashire, has announced a series of open days dedicated to KNX intelligent building technology.

They will take place Tuesday 26, Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 April to mark the opening of the company's new fully intelligent building showroom controlled by KNX technology.

ARQ Technologies says it is the only showroom of its kind anywhere in the UK and the open days will be useful all those interested in KNX including architects, M&E engineers, contractors, potential users from homeowners to building managers as well as facilities managers.

The new showroom will feature KNX products which are being provided by manufacturers and will demonstrate KNX technologies such as modular wiring, air source heat pumps, solar shading, energy monitoring and AV systems. The ability to integrate these technologies on the KNX platform provides major user benefits in terms of energy efficiency and the creation of fully joined up building services for home automation and commercial buildings.

Each Open Day includes seminars run by KNX product manufacturers and the KNX CIBSE CPD presentation will also be run each day, contributing towards Continuous Professional Development accreditation.
