Share success
Triodos Renewables Energy Fund, (Triodos Renewables) the UK ‘clean energy' company, has announced its recent share issue was oversubscribed, raising nearly £10m from both public and institutional investors.
The share issue received support from exisiting shareholders and institutional investors including Morley Fund Management, RBS Wealth Investment Management and Rathbones Greenbank. Triodos Renewables now has over 4,000 shareholders who have chosen to invest their money in UK renewable energy projects.
The share issue raised £9,877,890 compared to a target of £9,075,000. This takes the company's total assets to £40m.
