Scotland’s Secret Bunker tourist attraction has turned to Scorpion Power Systems to provide it with a power support system. Now, when a power cut occurs, Scorpion’s system steps in to ensure that visitors and employees are not inconvenienced. Scorpion has supplied a DV275kVA continuously rated diesel generator; fitted with a super silent, weatherproof acoustic canopy and remote start. The generator has been installed in a steel bund to contain any diesel spillage and is fitted with a number of special features. These include an externally mounted exhaust system and a water jacket heater to keep the engine at optimum temperature for fast and efficient ignition and rapid load acceptance.
