KNX UK 2008 award winners announced
The 2008 KNX UK Awards were presented at the association's AGM held at Lion Court, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on 26 February. President Iain Gordon recognised winners in the categories of Product of the Year, Installation of the Year and KNX Champion.
The winning entrant in Installation of the Year was Building Evolution from the Isle of Man for its installation at the Old Courthouse in Douglas. This was a multi-faceted project embracing many different KNX products and exploiting the benefits of BACnet and Internet Protocol technology. The award was accepted by Managing Director Nigel Stafford.
Manufacturer of the Year was Theben for its new CO2 sensor. KNX UK sales manager Stephen Payne accepted the award. Gary Turnbull of Electrak was voted KNX Champion of the Year for his outstanding contribution to KNX UK's publicity and marketing activities.
