ABB upgrades its NEMA range to Process Performance Motors
ABB's Process Performance range is designed for reliability and high efficiency, featuring improved cooling and is now available in a motor range designed to NEMA and CSA standards (NEMA MG-1-1988, IEEE 112-1996, CSA file C22.2 no 100.95), meeting the needs of exporting OEMs targeting process industries in countries operating to these standards.
The totally enclosed, fan cooled, three-phase squirrel cage type motors are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 poles in frame sizes from 404 to 588, offering a power output from 100 to 800 horsepower.
