Reduced costs and increased control
Loughborough-based Clymac Fire and Security Systems has introduced a new high
performance, low cost analogue control panel, designed to significantly reduce false alarms.
The new ZP3 Lite is said to combine affordability, reliability and flexibility, providing a control panel that can be used in any small to medium-sized application, regardless of the complexity of the building or system.
It's a single loop control panel which can support a wide range of addressable loop devices. In fact, anything from sensors, call points, sounders, beacons and interfaces to radio wire-free devices can all be connected to provide a versatile fire detection and alarm system.
Complying with EN54 Parts 2 and 4, the new ZP3 Lite employs analogue detection techniques to ensure that false alarms are minimised, whilst maximising the detection of real fires.
As the user's needs change, the fire detection and alarm system they employ must be flexible enough to change with them. The ZP3 Lite is therefore 100% site programmable, allowing users to modify any aspect of the system set-up directly from the control panel, without having to use a computer and without any additional cost. This flexibility gives the user complete control of the system, from changing device text labels to adjusting the sensitivity of individual sensors.
